Over the llast 5 years, our R & D has developped a family of DNA assembly mixes. The Ju mix comes in 3 varieties with 3 different functional prperties to match your experimental or cloning needs.™

Jujitsu, Jujutsu, and Judo

Juji – basic Ju version, perfect for seamless DNA assembly of 2-6 fragments. Use for cloning only pruposes.

Juju – enhanced Ju version of Jujfor seamless DNA assembly of 2 to 9 DNA fragments. Use for cloning, PCR or any further processing that requires double-stranded DNA at junction sites (no nicks).

Judo – master version of Ju. Can be used for seamless DNA assembly of 2 to 9 DNA fragments. Regardless of wether you are cloning circular dsDNA or linear dsDNA, Judo will provide you with full DNA assembly and repair of nicks and damaged bases and removal of single-stranded DNA, of 5′ DNA flaps, and of everything else other than your full dsDNA assembly. This is a mix for perfectionnists.
