pEASY-Blunt3 TOPO Cloning Kit

The pEASY-Blunt3 Cloning Vector provides dual-EcoRI and dual-Not I restriction sites. It is designed for cloning and sequencing blunt-end PCR products. The cloned insert can be released from a single enzyme digestion. Suggested DNA Polymerases include TransStart® FastPfu FLY and TransStart® KD Plus Ultra-HiFi DNA Polymerases.

• Includes Trans1-T1 phage resistant chemically competent cell, high transformation efficiency (>10⁹ cfu/μg pUC19 DNA) and fast growth.
