Fast MultiSite Mutagenesis System
The Fast MultiSite Mutagenesis System is used for generating mutated PCR fragment by introducing mutation sites on overlapping region, with 2xTransStart FastPfu PCR SuperMix used for amplification and both DMT enzyme (DpnI) and DMT competent cells to digest the methyated parental DNA template. Similarly to Gibson Assembly®, the Fast MultiSite Mutagenesis System uses proprietary assembly enzyme mix to seamlessly assemble up to six mutagenesis fragments.
