TransScript® FLY First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix

TransScript® Fly RT is designed by genetic modification. It provides high affinity for RNA templates and ultra-fast extension rate. Reverse transcription of cDNA up to 12 kb is completed in only 5 minutes. The cDNA is efficiently synthesized by TransScript® Fly RT/RI Enzyme Mix and 2x TS Fly Reaction Mix. This kit simplifies the RT procedure and minimizes contamination.
