TransScript® First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix provides all the necessary components for cDNA synthesis from total RNA or mRNA. The cDNA is efficiently synthesized by TransScript® RT/RI Enzyme Mix and 2x TS Reaction Mix.

Juste un mot pour te dire que je l’ai essayé et ça va super bien. Rien à redire. J’utilise les randoms hexamères et aussi la polymérisation à 42 pendant 30 minutes même si c’est pour faire du qPCR.
