Product Description

EasyTaq DNA Polymerase

EasyTaq DNA Polymerase is purified from E. coli expressing a cloned DNA polymerase from Thermus aquaticus. This exceptionally performant Taq DNA Polymerase variant consists of a single polypeptide with a molecular weight of approximately 94 kDa. This Taq DNA Polymerase has 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity. It lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. EasyTaq DNA Polymerase is suitable for routine PCR amplification.

    Je voulais te donner un feedback pour l’échantillon de Taq que tu m’as donné (Easy Taq DNA polymerase).

    Dernièrement, j’ai du faire du troubleshooting pour un PCR qui a complètement arrêté de fonctionner. J’ai changé mes primers (3 différents primers), j’ai changé les conditions, et ai essayé 5 Taq différentes (Promega, home made, Biobasic, NEB et la tienne). Sur ces 5 Taq, seulement la tienne a fonctionné, et très bien en plus! Alors tu viens de te faire une nouvelle cliente

    La Easy Taq fonctionne avec un PCR difficile qui nécessite des additifs à la Taq QIagen qui est beaucoup plus cher

    Voici ma première analyse sur les polymérases que tu m’as fait parvenir.
    C’est pas mon meilleur gel mais ça démontre que tes Taq sont supérieures à la OneTaq que j’utilise habituellement.

    Ma décision est en ta faveur!

    Ta taq est malade!!! 🙂

    Check ça et devine quelle ligne est ta Taq. A exposition ok pour ta TAQ, b exposition longue pour voir un peu de bandes avec Lucigen, d migration plus longue et disparition de Lucigen!!!

    Je pense que c’est assez clair!
    Je n’ai jamais eu d’aussi belles bandes que toi avec ta EASYTAQ.

    Utilisé sur des échantillons de queue de souris purifiées par proteinase K/Chloroforme. La réaction PCR a été effectué dans 50 ul et 5 ul on été migré sur gel agarose 2%.
    Très bon produit rapport qualité/prix!
