TransScript II Two-Step RT-PCR SuperMix

TransScript II Two-Step RT-PCR SuperMix is a two-step RT-PCR kit which provides high efficient cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification. First-strand cDNA synthesis is achieved with 5xTransScript® II All-in-One SuperMix for PCR, then PCR amplification is performed with 2x TransTaq® HiFi PCR SuperMix II. This kit contains all the reagents necessary for cDNA synthesis (including RNase inhibitor) and PCR amplification.
