T (Testosterone) ELISA Kit

The ELISA kit is configured as a competitive assay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, make solid-phase secondary antibody.And then add sample, horseradish peroxidase-labeled Testosterone and anti- Testosteroneantibody, so as to form a coated secondary antibody – anti- Testosteroneantibody – HRP-labeled Testosterone complex. The amount of bound labeled Testosteroneis inversely proportional to the amount of Testosterone in the sample. TMB substrate solution is added to each well after wash the microtiter plate, TMB turn to blue catalyst with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The enzyme-substratereaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and thecolor change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2nm. The concentration of T in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.<
