EcoRI Restriction Endonuclease

FlyCut™ Eco RI is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant EcoRI gene. The molecular weight is 32.0 kDa, with the recognition site is G^AATTC. The reaction condition is at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 65°C for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam or dcm methylation, but is sensitive to mammalian CpG methylation.
