2x TransStart® KD Plus PCR SuperMix
TransStart® KD Plus PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of KD Plus DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The supermix is provided at 2x concentration and can be used at 1x concentration by adding template, primers and H2O.
Advantages of 2x TransStart FastPfu PCR SuperMix
- Fidelity is 108 times higher than EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase.
- The extension rate is 1 kb/min.
- PCR products can be directly cloned into pEASY®-Blunt vectors.
- Amplification of genomic DNA fragment up to 15 kb.
- Amplification of plasmid DNA fragment up to 20 kb.
