FlyCut™ Pvu I Restriction Endonuclease

FlyCut™ Pvu I is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant PvuI gene. The molecular weight is 30.8 kDa, with the recognition site at CGAT^CG The reaction is conducted for 5-10 minutes at 37°C, and heat-inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm, but is sensitive to mammalian CpG methylation.
