Rat INS (Insulin) CLIA Kit

The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been;pre-coated with Rat INS. During the reaction, Rat INS in the sample or standard competes with a fixed;amount of Rat INS on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection;Ab specific to Rat INS. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer . The RLU value is negatively associated with the concentration of Rat INS. You can calculate the concentration of Rat INS in the samples by comparing the RLU of the samples to the standard curve.
