Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), PE Conjugate

PE (phycoerythrin) is a natural fluorescent dye extracted from the red algae. PE has a maximum absorption wavelength of 488 nm and the greatest emission wavelength of 575 nm, with the orange red fluorescence. Affinity-purified ProteinFind™ Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) Antibody is conjugated to PE. The product is used as a secondary antibody in application of immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.

Notes

• Aliquot prior to use, and store in dark.
• Diluted antibody should be used within 12 hours, and avoid storing diluted antibody.
