MagicPure™ Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit provides an easy, fast, and effective method for isolating high-quality DNA. This kit is based on the specific interaction between nucleic acids and magnetic beads in the presence of a specially formulated buffer. MagicPure Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is designed for the purification of genomic DNA from (50 μl -250 μl) of fresh or thawed whole blood and can also be used on automated Nucleic acid purification workstations. The isolated DNA is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, sequencing, enzyme digestion or Southern blotting procedures.
