For Buccal Swab gDNA Extraction
EasyPure® Buccal Swab Genomic DNA Kit provides a simple, rapid and convenient way to isolate high-quality genomic DNA from buccal swap samples. Samples are lysed by Proteinase K and unique lysis buffer. The DNA contained in buccal swabs is then bound to a silica matrix inside a spin column. EB (Tris pH 8.0) or ddH2O can be used to elute the swap DNA. The purified DNA is suitable for PCR, qPCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and other molecular biology applications.
