RNAhold®
RNAhold® is an aqueous, nontoxic tissue preservation solution. It can inactivate RNase and keep RNA intact by permeating cells and tissues. Cells and tissues can be stored at this solution for one week at room temperature without RNA degradation. It is suitable for fresh and nonfrozen tissue from bacteria, cells and a variety of animals.
Advantages of RNAhold®
- Immediate RNase inactivation.
- At room temperature up to 1 week, 2-8°C for 1 month, -20°C or -80°C for long term storage.
