ProteinSafe® Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (100X)

ProteinSafe® Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (100X) contains an optimal mixture of four (4) broad-spectrum phosphatase inhibitors (Sodium Fluoride, Sodium orthovanadate, Sodium Pyrophosphate and beta-Glycerophosphate). It efficiently suppresses serine/threonine phosphatases, tyrosine phosphatases, alkali ne phosphatases and acidic phosphatase enzyme activity providing an all-around protection of the protein phosphorylation state. This product is suitable for protein purification, Western Blot, Co-IP, protein kinase activity assay experiments.
