ProteinIso® Protein G Resin
ProteinIso® Protein G Resin is an affinity chromatography resin. The coupling is optimized to high binding capacity for IgG. ProteinIso® Protein G Resin is suitable for purification of monoclonal antibody, polyclonal antibody and immunology complex, such as IP, Co-IP. The recombinant protein G ligand is coupled to 4% of highly cross-linked agarose.
Binding capacity: 20-25 mg heavy-chain-IgG/ml.
