ProteinIso® Protein A Resin
ProteinIso® Protein A Resin is an affinity chromatography resin. The coupling is optimized to high binding capacity for IgG. ProteinIso® Protein A Resin is suitable for purification of monoclonal antibody, polyclonal antibody and immunology complex, such as IP, Co-IP. The recombinant protein A ligand is coupled to 4% of highly cross-linked agarose.
Binding capacity: 40-50 mg heavy-chain-IgG/ml.
