Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), AF488 Conjugate

Alexa Fluor family of fluorescent dyes is very bright and stable. The fluorescent dye of AF488 (Alexa Fluor 488) has a maximum absorption wavelength of 495 nm and the greatest emission wavelength of 519 nm, with the bright yellow green fluorescence. Compared with most green fluorescent probes, the AF488 has higher brightness, stronger specificity and lower quenching. Affinity-purified ProteinFind™ Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) Antibody is conjugated to AF488. The product is used as a secondary antibody in application of immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.

Notes

• Aliquot prior to use, and store in dark.
• Diluted antibody should be used within 12 hours, and avoid storing diluted antibody.
