Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), FITC Conjugate

FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate) with molecular weight of 389.4 is the most commonly used fluorescent dye. FITC has a maximum absorption wavelength of 490~495 nm and the greatest emission wavelength of 520~530 nm, with bright yellow green fluorescence. Affinity-purified ProteinFind™ Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) Antibody is conjugated to FITC. The product is used as a secondary antibody in application of immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.

Notes

• Aliquot prior to use, and store in the dark.
• Diluted antibody should be used within 12 hours, and avoid storing diluted antibody.
