Penicillin-Streptomycin (100×) contains 10 kU/ml of penicillin and 10 mg/ml of streptomycin. The solution has been filter-sterilized. It can be used for cell culture at a final concentration of 1x.
Note
Aliquots after thawing; avoiding repeated freezing and thawing; store at 2-8°C for two weeks, or at -20 °C for one year.
