PBS (1x)
PBS (phosphate buffered saline) contains 1.06 mM KH2PO4, 155.17 mM NaCl, 2.97 mM Na2HPO4 ( pH 7.4). PBS product is widely used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing, dissociating and diluting. PBS is formulated without calcium, magnesium and phenol red. It is filter sterilized for direct use.
