High Recovery and Sample Concentration using MicroElute GEL/PCR Purification Kit
- High recovery of DNA in the range of 100 bp to 10 kb.
- 10 to 50 ul elution volume is suggested.
Note from CivicBio
We have used this kit to perform gel extraction of DNA fragments from 50 bp, up to 22 kb.
