FlyCut™ SalI

FlyCut™ Sal I is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant SalI gene. The molecular weight is 36.3 kDa, with the recognition site is G^TCGAC. The reaction condition is at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 65°C for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam or dcm methylation but is sensitive to mammalian CpG methylation.
