BsgI Restriction Endonuclease

FlyCut™ Bsg I is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant BsgI gene. The molecular weight is 122 kDa, with the recognition site at GTGCAG(N)_14∨(N)_2∧ . The reaction is conducted for 5-15 minutes at 37°C , and heat-inactivated at 65°C for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
