    Voici nos propres dosages d’ADN. Les minipreps ont été faites sur 1.8 ml de CD501 Trans1-T1 cultivées dans du LB ampicilline durant 8 à 10 heures. L’ADN a été élué dans 52 ul de tampon Tris contenu dans ce kit de minipreps.
