The Favorgen Plasmid MidiPrep Columns (affinity resin) are the same as supplied with the FavorPrep™ or FavorFilter™ Plasmid DNA Extraction MidiPrep Kits, FAPDE-002 and FAFTE-002 respectively.

High Recovery Plasmid MidiPrep Columns

• High yields of plasmid DNA
• Obtain 500 ug plasmid DNA from 120 ml overnight cultures (high-copy) on average.
• 25-200 ug plasmid DNA from 120 ml overnight cultures (low-copy)
• Maximum binding capacity of 750 ug
