Blue Plus® V Protein Marker (10-190 kDa)

Blue Plus V Protein Marker is composed of eleven prestained proteins ranging from 10 kDa to 190 kDa. The 70 kDa protein band is covalently coupled to an orange dye. In addition, the 20 kDa protein is covalently coupled to a green dye..The 9 remaining proteins are covalently coupled to blue dye. After SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane, colored protein bands are visually present and also show the orientation of the gel.
