2x EasyPfu PCR SuperMix (-dye)

2x EasyPfu PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of EasyPfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. It is provided at 2x concentration and used at 1x concentration by adding template, primers and H₂O.

Advantages

• PCR product is blunt end, which can be directly cloned into pEASY^®-Blunt vectors.
• Reduced operation time of PCR amplification.
• Avoid the contamination from multi-step operation.
