RevMAb’s recombinant antibodies are rabbit monoclonal antibodies that are developed directly from the isolated B Cells of immunized animals using our proprietary technology. After extensive screening, we then clone the antigen-specific antibody H and L chain cDNAs and recombinantly express them in mammalian cells. The antibodies are then produced large scale from an animal origin-free culture supernatant, and then Protein A affinity purified.
